    Is there any point at all using DHEA for performance enhancement?

    Two pubmed studies show a modest positive effect on strength, which I can't link due to post count - but they are easily found. Obviously it is nowhere near as potent as injectables etc, but given that it may be easier to access, is it worth a shot?

Personally I've never seen the need - eat more to gain (if you don't gain, eat more again), eat less to lose. Eat protein with every meal, eat regularly.     Hey guys, Just looking for the best/easiest way to count the calories in food you eat. Do you just look on the side of the box and jot it all down? Ie: Weetbix + Banana = x amount and then do a daily total? Thanks for any help!
