So I know my schools rep isn't that great. I am considering furthering my education after I finish cert 4. The original plan was to do a nutrition and Dietetics course but I am considering doing a diploma in fitness.
I know it's early since I don't finish till may. But I really prefer to be...

I'm at AIF right now and am finding some of the information outdated. I'm doing my cert 3 and 4. I was considering going to uni to study nutrition and dietetics afterwards to widen my scope of practice but I'm concerned I might not get the best knowledge out of this course.

Also, there has to be a slight pause at bottom with arms fully length stretch...
So we have been dis-cussing how useful the eccentric part of the rep is for most exercises. By most I mean exercises that primarily move single joints and definitely some compounds too.
On the other side of the coin I am sure there are a few exercises where slow eccentrics would not be...

What's the consensus with SLDL ROM; once you go past 45-50 degrees does the glute/ham emphasis all but diminish and move to lower back? Do people think it's safer to use higher weight and keep the ROM to 45-50 deg?

I'm hearing hyper sets being thrown about at the gym lately but I don't believe anyone is actually executing them properly (can't rely on what I see at the commy gym I go to lol).
I am under the impression this simply means max effort work sets, such as jokers in a 5/3/1 routine. Is that...
I am getting confused! What's going on.
I can't give reps out to anyone for ages now. You must spread more rep before giving it to this person again. Well, c'mon having to rep the whole forum just to be able to re-rep again is a bit pointless, no? no?
