    Hi all As i am new to the site i thought i would try and learn the termanology, please excuse me if i seem dense, i just like to ask a lot of questions. Firstly, i've seen a lot of " 6 x 170kg @92kg" My understanding is that it's 6 reps of 170kg's while weighing 92kg. Is that correct?
