    Leaving Veganism

I had some chicken today. They tasted so bad. I expected them to taste different but I really didn't like it. So I was wanting to know what would the most beneficial fish types be? I'll give them a go I guess,

    Tuna or Salmon patties

Tuna or Salmon patties: mix tuna or canned salmon with egg whites, flour and onion. I use the george foreman grill, which works very well since you don't have to flip anything. I use 1/4 cup per patty, about 12-14g depending on what brand of tuna or salmon you use. Very tasty.
