Starting this monster cutting stack tomorrow

Tomorrow I’m starting an 8 week cycle. I’ll be using Cardarine, SR9009 and Yohimbine, with a low dose of Ostarine to go along with them, kind of like a leafy garnish on top of a fine pasta dish. I’ve also got some Clen which I might take for a couple of weeks in the middle of the cycle, I’ll see...

    Home Gym Flooring

Does anyone have recommendations for home gym flooring? I want something that’s hard wearing and can install myself. I don’t drop weights on it (at least not intentionally). It’s to go on a concrete slab of a domestic house.

S THIRTY LESSONS 1. I see so many people who lift weights that worry they will lose a half inch from their arm girth if they take a week or two off training, when if they are truthful with themselves, they would actually get bigger. 2. If you?re a true hard gainer, one of the best ways to...

Aerobic exercise - do we need it?

I know a lot of peeps here say "cardio pffftt!" But, do we need sustained (12-15 min) aerobic exercise? Not talking about high intensity weights, but actual cardio at a sustained higher intensity for at least 15 minutes numerous times a week??? Sometin to do with the left ventricle or something.
