    Is it normal to bleed (as if I'm on my period) after intense exercise? It only happens with certain movements (a great example that comes to mine is if I go on a swing set). The doctor said it's normal to happen but I thought something like that would stop after 6 months or so.

    As the heading says! Cardio equipment? Bands? Dynamic stretching? Specific movements? Rollers? I'm just interested in forms of warm ups! For me, it's dynamic stretching and band work. Have a good weekend!

    Yer this is a bit embarrising but what the hell. Ive just finished a cut and ive started bulking 3000 - 3500 calories a day. I have been really gassy towards the end of the day which is not good cause i work night shift. I had to take a shit 4 times yesterday i was in that much pain i couldnt...
