On my first run with Test, instead of upping the dose and needing higher AI dose, would rather add in some primo now while I'll get the most out of it. Wondering if anyone has had success with an UGL primo. Cheers.

I've recently purchased some peptides off a seemingly credible website. I used my Medicare and filled in a questionnaire and they were shipped to my house from a Sydney lab (legit with website and 1300 number)
However I've been told my a doctor that online peptides are nothing by 70%...

Hey, I'm looking for some protein powders that are free from artificial sweeteners (e.g aspartame, sucralose), thickeners, stabilizers etc..
In particular I am after a natural (plain flavoured):
-Whey Protein Isolate
- Casein Protein
Does anyone know where can I get these? Cheers :)
Has anyone tried it that way? I have read mostly people doing 5 reps 10 reps or even 20 reps with squats. Has anyone tried 2-4 reps max with as heavy as you can lift. Im interested to know As I gotta lift more with my squats its freaking depressing me. My legs let me down so bad. :(
