    Sumo Deadlifts on Leg day???

    Anyone tried Sumo Deadlifts on Leg day as part of a BB routine? When you think about it, a Sumo Deadlift (or a "Powerlifting cheats Deadlift") takes out a lot of the Back and works the Legs and Glutes more. Bit like a Jefferson Squat but not as awkward.

    Go on, list what you do to get those hammies blowing up like a sexc beast. (End goal being to improve your squat primarily but being able to rip shorts up just by squeezing your legs is a good one too)

    What is the best way to stretch hams so that I can squat with good back form?

    I'm getting back into weights and want to start squatting again, but I have limited flexibility. I cant do a full squat, whilst keeping my back locked in place, it always rounds as the bottom of the squat. I figure that it is my hamstrings that are limiting me, because if I get on my toes and...
