    What are some less common exercises that you do that others may not know about?

    20 rep sets

    I've read many times about the benefits of 20 rep squat sets, and I've started adding a set of 20 reppers at around 60% of my 1RM at the end of my squat session.     pushups and situps

    Is it ok to do some sit ups and push ups in mornings or before going to bed? In combination with a weights routine? Would doing pushups and situps interfere with the recovery time?
