    training after a hernia

    hey guys i had a hernia a while ago and have recently gotten back into the gym. im fine with most exercises, i just havent tried squats yet. should these be avoided, or is it a case of watch my weight and technique. any advice would be great.

    keeping weight on with hernia

    hey guys, i have just found out i have a hernia and can't train until i have had the operation which might be 2-3months away. i'm a little guy only about 60kg trying to bulk up so because i can't train does anyone know how to keep the size that i've gained? i will keep eating as much as i can...
