Welcome to the Ausbb- Australian BodyBuilding Forums, Good to have you all on board. Don't forget to start your own Training Diary. Your Training Diary will help you stay motivated and keep track of your progress. When you train alone sometimes it is hard to get help, guidance, inspirtation and motivation which is where the Ausbb forums and the Ausbb Training Diaries will help you with finding others with similar stats and allow you to interact with each other.

* Click here to start your own training log (don't forget to put a link in your signature to your training diary).
* Once you have started your Training diary click here to add it to the lists (order by weight and order by age) this helps other guys find your log.

Keep in mind that it's always better to post whatever question that you might have in one of the related categories

Hi Everyone

My name is Paul, I live in Sydney and I currently work in Real Estate.

Outside of work I am interested in fitness (go to the gym, play soccer and cycle occassionally), nutrition and history.

I have been thinking of a career change and would like to become a personal trainer. Problem is there are just sooooo many courses I cant tell the good from the bad. Any assistance with this would be much appreciated.

Talk soon

There all the same... And unfortunatley with everything in life there is no course for EXPERIENCE.

Its basically a paid certificate. You will learn about anatomy and physiology ( i hope) and perhaps the legality sides of operating. That is about it.

The rest is up to you and your inititive.

Just think of it like real estate. You didnt do your cert of registration and become super epic awesome property expert. It like everything worthwhile takes time.
