I know a few people who have done the equivalent course down here in Vic.

My O lift coach says its a good course but the O lifts are so technical they take ages to learn and a 1 day course simply cant do it properly.

true. yeah i figured theres no way of learning it properly in one day. thought it may help if i go into the industry as there not many in ACT who can teach the lift. after the level one id probably do the level 2 course as well if i go through with it all.

Hey Brendon,

Spoke to Joel at powersports and he thinks we can get some coaching there. Talk to you tonight about it.

I sent you both an email about acouple of coaches that will be working at the centre that can help you.
