i know i keep posting stupid questions but i need to ask.
what foods help your body recover fast?
I was told on my other thread that high weights with low reps will build strength, which is what I'm aiming for. And for endurance im doing low weights high reps.
Does this sound good for strength?
Bench 50x5
Deadlift 70x5
military press 30x5
curls 20x10
(please note im still trying to work out how much weight i can handle at a time)
And for endurance im just benching 10 kgs till i get to 100. Also doing push ups, sit ups and the occassional chin up
If someone could maybe tweak my routine for improvement it would be cool. cheers mike

Your goals and training lack structure.

A balanced diet will lead to best recovery.

A protein/dextrose drink straight after lifting will speed up recovery, followed by a steak and vegie meal 45 minutes later.
