Office Arse: Is there a Cure?

I've hit 15 posts!

Here are the pics! (I've included a shot of my front and my back, just to give a basic idea of where I stand in the "body fat" stakes).

Pics were taken on Wednesday 30/9/2009.

Obviously, I'm no Goliath, and I've been "body-building" for a total of 5 days now...so...take it easy with the hammerings :p

Aesthetically, it is a little bit flat, but not broad. But most importantly, it's in proportion with the rest of you. You have relatively low bodyfat and decent-sized muscles, doesn't look like only 5 days of lifting.

I say.. just keep lifting, and you'll be alright.

I'll post updates in say, 4 weeks time and see if there's any difference.

Now that I've hit enough posts to post pictures up, I might start a training journal, and just put the pics in there.

And yes Josh...I started my "5000 cpd diet" and my "body building training" only on Monday...already seen some amazing results, so, it's been really good for my motivation
