3200 calorie Food Plan

i am looking at a diet like this and i need about 2900 calories this is what i have come up with similarly, please criticize;


Breakfast
eggs
bread
fruit

Lunch
basmati rice
chicken thigh / breast
sauce
vegetables

Afternoon Snack
almonds
can of tuna in olive oil

PWO
protein
oatmass

PWO
protein
oatmass

Dinner
lamb / chicken
vegetables

I am sensitive to milk or casein as stated in another thread, so anything suggested for pre bed.

I am not sure on quantities of this diet either i just put this together looking from the first page this evening.

Normal and real food like eggs, humus, bread, and couple of prunes. Don’t complicate it.

A super real food I'd like to see you indulge in is avocado (if you like it). Nuts (I see you've got almonds there) won't hurt your weight gain either whilst providing you with an abundance of minerals for some serious muscle contraction (after you've loaded up on all the carbs that is).

thanks again fadi, will definately have some almonds, as i do not like avacado.

Is just almods before bed enough?
 
In regards to the breakfast meal, does anyone know if you can chang the 400g sweet potato to brown rice?

Also, change the sleep meal to a scoop of casein?
