Two Birds one exercise?

After doing heavy chest especially after hitting incline I find my shoulders the next day are sore at the front, so on shoulder day I hit sides light as till fail and then bang out the rear delts with the 20's.

Do you think my shoulders are getting enough bang or should I try hit them twice in a week, cos they lag.
 
is it the side (medial deltoid) that is lagging?
Hit them with heavy sides or try lying side raises to hit them differently.
 
I usually have a day or 2 between chest & shoulder exercises. That said...the shoulders are pretty hard hit muscles, they get hit whenever you do back OR chest workout. More so when hitting yr chest, but your back to a certain extent
 
Yeah it is the middle, I might try the laying side raises.
I dont do shoulders untill at least 2-3 days after chest(with heavy shoulder press), or I will do em same day as a lite finishing exercise to my chest ( No shoulder press just raise's).
even the front needs work, I was trying to do em twice a week quite a while ago but I was just making em to sore to Bench heavy at the end of the week.
I thort I might buy some gridiron shoulder pads and just wear those instead.
