Ps - farken forgot to take an after pic of my ribs. They was delicious but
 
had to bake up 6 rashes of bacon after seeing that pizza [MENTION=17457]Repacked[/MENTION] ; with 2 egg omelette (w kale), and 6 brussell sprouts...
 
I'd already ate half of them and the potatoes before I decided to take the pic.............kunt

I even forwent the gravy to minimize cals.

I'm sure it tastes nice.
it looks like it's broiled!

I actually cooked it yesterday, let it cool and set in the fridge then divided it up into portions. Broiled as in overhead grilled? Those juices are potent tasty juices.
