Tin of 5 bean mix with 2 servings of tinned tuna in olive oil blend. 560 calories.
Hahaha. One of my staples. I add frozen veges and rice also as required.

For brekky this morning:
(No pic because was hungry).
- 185 gm coles hot smoked pepper salmon.
- 1 whole avocado.

Sen-bloody-sational.

Been having a lot of trouble lately with crazy energy crashes post carbs in the morning or at lunch so been looking to reduce them and move them to better times, or just leave em in some case altogether ha. Tell you what, zero crash with a fatty and protonz filled brekky. Dunno whats doing there.
