Hi guys,

I have a pair of 110 dumbells for sale. There is still ttime!! on my ebay auction.

I appreciate that I cannot post a link to ebay on here, so simply go to ebay and search under 'strength training'

The auction ends this Saturday at 12:00pm.

If you would like to make a genuine offer, please email me (gruntjc@yahoo.com.au) and I will consider it and get back to you if interested.

These were a hard find and I'm only selling them because I'm too weak to lift them after my surgery.

Pick up from Caulfield, VIC.

All the best
JC

p.s. my apologies for the lack of posts in here, however I sustained a back injury some time ago and am into my 3rd day of recovering from a disc-ectomy... hence the sale.

I didn't find them under strength training but I found them under "110 dumbells"

I like the "will not seperate". What would one do with one dumbell?

Ouch with the surgery.

lol... mate, there are heaps of things you can do with just one dumbell.. .that's why I had to put in the 'will not separate'

1. dumbell row (one arm, of course)
2. one arm dumbell clean and press
3. one arm dumbell curl (granted, you would have to be a strong MOFO)
4. one arm farmers walk
5. deadlift (two hands, like using a kettlebell

back surgery was last resort.. part of the disc nucleus was pushing out onto the sciatic nerve, so was getting pain down the right leg.
