You know I am in Frankston and could place you in a group with other girls of similar strength and goals.

Unlike PT's, my gym is a strength and conditioning facility, I no longer do any 1 on 1 sessions, far too expensive.

I have now managed to get every client training in a group where the costs are shared, as little as $12.50 for some.

I find that lifters get better results lifting with others. I sometimes have 3 groups lifting at any one time.

I have up to 12 lifters in the gym at any one time. I have an outdoor kettlebell area and a T Shaped court where all the hard shit happens.

When I first started the gym, every session was 1 on 1, due to not having enough clients, but as I now have over 100, I have managed to place them all in groups.
