hi guys,
i've just got a quick question, i've been training non stop for 14 weeks now without missing any gym days.
im currently feeling mentally tired. what would be the best way to recover and for how long?
i know i should of taken the break earlier.
thanks

there are no set numbers. you have to know your body and avoid overtraining by taking 7-14 days off when you get the warning signs.

I take 10 days off , it happens to me sometimes after 6 weeks "blast" and sometime 10.
