whats a good exercise to improving push-pull strength?
Im already do standard bicep curls but what upper body muscles are most used ? Also what's the name of the set of muscles just over the shoulder blades?

Push = chest exercises, mainly bench press
Pull = back or lats, mailny rows with barbell or dumbelss

Also what's the name of the set of muscles just over the shoulder blades?
these are the Trapezius muscles or traps for short. Deadlifts and shrugs will work these muscles.

Deadlifts for pulling strength, and the shoulder press/bench press for pushing strengh. You also should be squatting.
