Ingredients:
1 cup soy flour
1 cup chopped capsicum
250g roasted/baked chicken breast
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 small onion
1 medium tomato
1 egg
1 cup grated light cheese
Instructions:
1. Bake, roast or grill the chicken and leave the oven on around 180 - 200 degrees.
2. Mix soy flour, egg and water to make base. Put in oven till it starts to look like a pizza base.
3. Put everything on top of the base.
4. Put in oven till it looks nice.
