Go to an image hosting website, either Photobucket.com or Imageshack.com .When you upload a photo, it goes strait from your computer to photobucket/imageshack and is in online storage, which means it can be accessed from any computer anywhere in the world.

imageshack you don't need to login , where as photobucket you do need to register

Uploading the photo on the site is pretty self-explanitory. Once you have uploaded a photo, if you scroll down, it will be in your "library" of photos. Just hilight and copy the URL below the picture, and copy and paste it on your post in the forums. To get the picture to show, you need to put an "
" behind the URL.

After its posted, however, it will show the picture instead of the url..
 
just thought that i had better update this on how to attach pictures
with the new forum change , pics can now be attacked to posts , to attach a pic

in the post window , the window where you type your post
* click "Additional Options..."

you'll see attach: with a write block beside and the button browse
click browse, browse to where the pics is located on your computer

then click post
