Increasing Weights

When do I know to go up on the weight?

today I was doing an incline chest press with 13kg dumbells and was able to do around 12 reps for my first 2 sets although on the last 2reps i was struggling a little

For my 3rd sert i decided to up the weight to 15kg and was only able to do about 6 reps.

so do i stay with 13kg and do more reps or go with the 15kg and work on increasing my reps?
