What is the ideal temperature in the gym? I heard that it should be 28C, but to me that sounds a bit too high

can't remember where i saw it , but i remember reading that around 18C is the ideal temp ,28c is too damn hot stuff for a joke

Air conditioners should be set at 22 to 23 degrees at all times. This depends on where the temperature sensor is placed within the building and lots of other factors, but the 22 to 23 degrees is what it should be.
