An easy, tasty, and nutritious snack
Muscle Pancakes.
4x Egg Whites
2x Whole Eggs
Cup of oats
Cup of Berries
Mashed Banana
Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Mix All ingrediants in a bowl. bring Pan to meduim heat and pour mixture on pan. Makes about 4-5 Pancakes. Pour Maple Syrup for flavour. Use a low Suger one.
25g Protein
35g Carbyhydrates
This is a great meal to take on non or training days
