Muscle Pancakes

An easy, tasty, and nutritious snack
Muscle Pancakes.

4x Egg Whites
2x Whole Eggs
Cup of oats
Cup of Berries
Mashed Banana
Teaspoon of Olive Oil

Mix All ingrediants in a bowl. bring Pan to meduim heat and pour mixture on pan. Makes about 4-5 Pancakes. Pour Maple Syrup for flavour. Use a low Suger one.

25g Protein
35g Carbyhydrates

This is a great meal to take on non or training days
 
Has anyone tried these, if so post up? Seems more like an omelete with fruit rather than panckes. LOL
 
for these to be pancakes there would have to be flour added right??

and why not add a scoop of whey powder while your at it??
