Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients:

* 3 tbsp of half-melted ice cream (fat-free) - chocolate is recommended
* 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
* 2 tsp natural peanut butter
* 1 banana

Protein Dessert Instructions

First of all scoop your fat-free chocolate ice cream (or other flavor - experiment a bit) into a bowl and leave it to soften for a while. When it is half melted mix in your peanut butter. Next, peel your banana and mash it up with a fork then mix that in as well. Last of all, throw in your two scoops of whey powder (I recommend vanilla) and mix until everything is nice and smooth. Note, it is best to mix the protein powder in last when the ice cream is a lot softer.

Tips: Why not sprinkle a few fresh (or frozen) berries on the top. Actually you could come up with all sorts of variations on this. If you want more mass in this recipe, you could try normal ice cream but be carefull; you don't want to overdo it.
