hey girls
i'm asking this for my sister, she has recently decided to join me at the gym. wanting build lean mass and lose fat...

so i'm just wondering what are some of the excercises are good for a female

thanks in advance

for us to help we need a few details about your sister such as , how old she is , what shape she is in (any previous gym usage or first time exercising?) how much weight she wants to lose and how much she is now

She's 27,height 5'2 weight 70kg she's never been to the gym before.

she could do something called the high volume routine. This is where she does exercises with little or no weights at all , for example with the legs the squats being a good overal workout when performed properly, it works the quads, hamstrings and glutes. For it to be affective, you want to start up with about 15 reps and work your way up to 50. Then add some weight, and do it again.
