Hi there

I've read conflicting reviews regarding the use of BCAA's and GH/GHRH secretagogues. I've read that the secretagogues, if taken too soon after, can be negated by the BCAA's??

Wondering if anyone can add to this conversation - either way?

I have an A&P background, but not sure about this one... looking for what the community thinks.

Cheers
Jase

lol. yep pretty simple. If you are eating right, you dont need to supplement them at all. Not even a 1%er.

Best stack for gainz:

No need for BCAA's unless you have been diagnosed with a shortage or you are a vegan. Just eating as standard crappy diet gives you more BCAA's than you will ever need.

What about car park liver tabs?

Liver provides essential micro nutrients and vitamins, nothing to do with BCAA's. The information is out there if you ever decide to pull your head out of your arse and actually decide to educate yourself on the basics.

Professional body builders were using liver well before you were even an itch in your old mans ball bag.

Liver does contain BCAAs. So yes liver tabs do have something to do with BCAAs.

Next question, how much more anabolic are they when purchased from hungry jacks car park?

The basics Mick. Ok I’ll start when you do. Did you ever get that 200kg deadlift.
