    Default How's it going.

    Hi,

    Im new here. 36 yrs old, been training.....must be 20+ years now on and off. Got back in to it seriously at the beggining of this year. Will never let life, work or relationships prevent me from doing my thing again. love it.

    Currently working each muscle twice a week, 5 day split but admittedly my off days are not exactly off lol. I use those days to hit abs/obs hard for an hour an a half, sometimes 2 hours.

    Since doing this I've seen a huge change in my mid section, used to do the typical crunches and stuff but never had a well defined and muscular mid section in the past, just looked kind of boxy, now I work them from every angle and so hard I can still feel doms a few days later.

    Only taking Vits, pre workout and WPI from Bulk powders, cheap and cheerful.
