His ceiling is higher,theres no doubt in my mind theres people out there who train as hard,if not harder than Ray but just not as heavy. I expect to see a 500 kg squat in the near future which is unbelievable.
 
Ray 'Could' be natural.

Its possible from a human standpoint. But were talking 99.99999999999% or humans could never acheive it. Hes an outlier. Look at his structures, hes way bigger than most of the juicey super heavys. Way wider. Thicker. Drugs dont make you Massively larger structurally. Hes basically the shaq of the PL world.

i actually agree with you for once,i remember seeing a vid of Ray when he was a teenager playing football squatting 270 for 8 i think,cant find the vid tho.

It's an interesting topic to discuss. Powerlifting teaches you to stay focused, emphasizing your body. It can build your muscles. It's really beneficial in improving your overall strength. As it also helpful in obtaining bone density
Powerlifting might be ideal if one wants to gain strength
