Yeah but you can put anything in a soup so how can you generalise?
I like cream of mushroom soup with lots of bacon bits and croutons. Is that good for weight loss?
Bit different to having cabbage or celeriac soup.

Thats also true.

It seems to be a bit of gimic type thing.

Even when i eat vege soup it usually contains a good amount of sodium, so even this is in question.....
