Says the bloke who can’t even work out chickens back end anatomy.

You really have no concept of anything do you?

How many more years will you keep clasping at straws in a futile but desperate attempt to make yourself sound smart, when really a common house brick would be able to outsmart you on any given day.

what part of my post was clasping at straws. Point it out so we can clarify it.

As for trying to sound smart, the funny thing was the incident in question you were talking down to someone because they didn’t understand the back end of a chook. You talked down to them for not knowing it and equated the back end of a chook with a human female. Good one.

The concerning thing isn’t that you didn’t understand chook anatomy, (who cares, a lot of people don’t) . The concerning thing was you didn’t have a clue you didn’t know what you were talking about and so confidently claimed you did know what you were talking about. It doesn’t say much at all for your credibility when posting on other topics.

That steak looks spectacular, that is the food of champions right there!

Kale and quinoa how hipster are they lol.

Any extreme diet that eliminates whole food groups is not a good thing, eat your meat eat your vegetables and throw some fruit in as well.

Anything extreme will always end badly.

that’s if you think injuries and mental issues are bad some consider there as trophies

Food groups are a fatuous human invention and offer no intelligible insight into nutrition.

Its funny this bloke on Joes podcast. Has diabetes, high blood pressure, low test levels and poor blood cholesterol. Sweet. I’ll follow his diet. I want some of that.

That website only furthers my point.

That website, the pie chart and why we have listened to government authorities is the reason we are grossly overweight, overworked, overwhelmed and unhealthy.

Putting aside the fact that they have a huge chunk of the pie taken up with carbs got fucking crumpets in the healthy food choices ffs.
i don’t see it silly or churlish to have food groups.

It's silly and churlish because being designated into a certain food group says very little for the healthiness and unhealthiness of a particular food stuff, especially in the context of one's overall macronutrient consumption. Furthermore abstaining from one of these "food groups" is neither mentally or physically unhealthy providing overall macro and micro nutrient goals are met.

Even when I was in my 20’s eating food was relatively simple but prior to that my Mum would prepare everything.

looking back could see the slow increase in carbohydrates into our meals and less Protien.

One of the US departments has records of average US eating habits since the 70s. Carb and protein intake had stayed roughlythe same. Fat and overall calorie intake has gone up, average weight went up in relation to the increase in calories eaten.

I remember when bread was pre sliced, margarine was introduced it was eaten with every meal.
And rice was the latest health food.

Crumpets lmao

Don't laugh buddy. I've been on the Crumpet Diet for 6 years now and its done absolutely nothing to benefit my health, i don't know what i'm doing wrong??? I've also tried the Pancake Diet and that didn't work either. I followed the Pancake Diet with the Waffle Diet and still no results, life is just too hard, i give up!!
