I think I must be retarded or something because I'm looking at the order that Woody posted and I can't for the life of me figure out how a 42km row followed by a max deadlift is in any way not impressive

i cut weight for the asia oceanias in 2014,lost 10 kgs in just under 3 months by pushing carcasses at the abbatoirs.Fuk i was fit.I also lost 30 kgs off my squat,10 kgs off my bench and 20 off my deadlift so yeah i got fit but i got pissweak too. Maximal strength training requires rest and recovery,im happy to be proven wrong but im sure really good powerlifters dont do manual labour. Its just too much.
