    If you think about what "conditioning" is then you want good aerobic fitness and good anaerobic fitness
    You can train both with two activities
    No need for crossfit

    Just run and do medium distance rowing intervals

    Fuck running. Horrible exercise haha.

    To be clear...this thread wasnt about me wanting to do crossfit for conditioning.

    I use rowing/jump rope typicall. And kettlebell.
