I'm a simple man. I like to stick to one movement. Try goblet squats, anywhere between 15-40 kg dumbbell. However much you can handle. Doing 10 sets of 10 reps with 45 seconds rest.

When progressing each workout increase your reps until you're doing 10 sets of 15 reps, then up the weight.

I was doing this for cardio but my leg size exploded when I started doing this 3 times a week.

(Ps, I can't squat super heavy weights because of scoliosis, so squatting high volume works super duper well for me :D)
