we had an army legacy day powerlifting comp plus shoulder press.

winner did 145kg bench, 225kg deadlift, 75kg press, and 200kg squat @89.6kg. pa llifter, hopefully apu next year.
 
i worked with a 70 kg fijian who represented his province at rugby,could bench 130 kgs for reps and would obliterate everyone in the forestry in terms of tallies.He would almost do double my tally sometimes.Super fit and pretty fucking strong.Before you scoff,even making a provincial rugby team here is bloody difficult.Do almost a 2xbw bench whilst doing a physically demanding job is difficult,and he was quick as fuck in the bush.
