    Default Too much protein?

    My stats 195cm 136kg 29% bodyfat

My previous coach gave me nutrition plan, with a bunch of disclaimers... 300g protein, 200g carb, 60g fat per day.

Is this on par? Ive done for about 2 months... only managed to follow religiously for first 2 weeks... have been doing meal prep with 200g cooked meat + 100g rice + vege... then just eating 2 to 3 of those per day plus some nuts and protein powder....have lost about 3kg.

Is there an easy way to diet for building muscle?

At 30% body fat your diet should be red meat, salt and water
    You're probably somewhat insulin resistant
Don't worry about calories, just eat until full and wait to the next time you're hungry again, remembering that you're just eating red meat and water.

After two months you'll be able to start eating other things and you'll find that you have lost a lot of fat while getting stronger. The main objective here is getting your insulin sensitivity back because nobody cares what your bench press is if you end up diabetic

    Don't worry about calories,
This will work well. Plus you will be healthier and insulin sensitive and you will get stronger on this sort of eating, as apposed to a "cutting diet" which usually has too many carbs so you have to drop calories too much.

So just meat and vege? Cut out carbs completely? What about fats, like almonds?

You can get your fats from meat and liver, no need for almonds

This will function admirably, in addition to you will be more beneficial and insulin delicate and you will get more grounded on this kind of eating, as connected to a cutting eating routine which generally has too numerous carbs so you need to drop calories excessively...
