I respect the insane wrist and forearm strength needed to unrack it but he moves it a few inches at best.Seems these lower weight classes are dominated by midget romming dwarves. Hes beaten the 66 74 and 83 records. But i was reading somewhere he could only dumbell press the 50s for a few reps.Which is obviously strong for a 66 kg guy but i could do that and i was nowhere near a "211" bench.Something kinda smells fishy.

Im just saying raising your ribcage as far as u can isnt a true display of bench press power. Thats gymnastics. The guy can only flat back dumbell press the 50s.

i dont watch the sport mate, its boring as fuk. Only the most diehard powerlifting supporter would disagree with me and they dont realise what it looks like to the mainstream gym goer. Arching has gone too far.
