    mate ive been thru the justice system and yes it comes down to better lawyers and having more money.Wilks will simply bankrupt the APU.hes too strong.

    be interesting to see the details of the email.The sheer fact that he apologised makes me wonder if there was defamatory comments made.I suspect there was.

    They are two competing companies.Im just looking at the facts of the matter so far.Wilks is more established.Hes obviously richer so can afford a better quality of lawyer.He can afford to tie this up in litigation.If he wins his case against the IPF he will destroy APU completely.
