Can't remember it.
Similar to the 21's that was heavily promoted a few years back.
7 bottom half reps, 7 top half reps and the 7 full reps.
I remember this being promoted in the Bodybuilding Mags of the late 80s and early 90s. I wasn't sold on it and only tried it once or twice but I did by the Book, just incase it was some great innovation (back late 80s I thinks). It did fade into obscurity pretty quickly though lol.
The Matrix system had you doing:
1) 5 full reps
2) 5 bottom half reps
3) 5 top half reps
4) 5 full reps
being one set. (I had to Google it as I'd forgotten the exact reps structure, so I hope this is correct). https://muscleevolution.co.za/the-ma...aining-system/
I think even an old fart like @Shrek doesn't remember it, so wondering if any other oldies remember it?

I still do 21s occasionally but only for biceps.
Matrix System must be Keanu Reeves training system?
Thats the training program Reeves followed before shooting the Matrix.
Yeah. I'd read it.
