    I can meet you somewhere in albury Wodonga, say for lunch, but not at gym as I go there to train.

    lol all good I need to get my kindle going again or find the book.
    I have been reading and searching , I just find it a but confusing putting it all together.

    I am at the moment looking for a dietitian to help with my program , the balance between loosing weight, less muscles and more fat, and keeping or increasing the strength.

    Training everyday as I do Karate 4 times a week and the other days I go to the gym.
    Not sure maybe I need to so on some supplements that will help with recovery etc...

    You've come to the right place my Friend. @Big Mick was a Champion Karateka back in the day - represented the Green and Gold on many occasions. Then went on to become a Coach of the Year as voted by Blitz Martial Arts magazine. I'm sure he can help with that aspect of your Training and Spartacus can sort your Diet and Strength side of things.
