I am planning on getting my bloods done 4weeks after I finish My Test E cycle what should I get tested for I have read lots of different advice and recommendations.

Get a full blood count. That covers a lot. Plus your cholesterol LDL & HDL, fasting blood sugar. That covers most of it, and ask if the FBC covers your test levels, I'm not 100% on that.

A FBC (full blood count) isnt what it seems to be. It isnt a 'full blood test', but simply just the test for haemoglobin, red and white cells. Wont tell you much. Also doesn't include testosterone or anything else.
Normally a basic test in line with what you are after is:
Liver function, kidney function, cholesterol tg/hdl/ldl, glucse, testosterone, e2 and a FBC
