What kind of sides are you getting?

Bloat as mentioned, and this is accompanied by a direct increase in BP which i don't like. Slight insomnia also, seems it doesn't help my sleep at all. And just a general weird feeling, i can't really put my finger on it.

Yeah fair enough, I am not getting insomnia, but I am definitely not getting the better sleep that everyone keeps mentioning.

I'm a light sleeper and have had sleep problems ever since my late teens, so i'm very sensitive to anything that can make this even worse.

I actually blew my right knee out months ago shortly after starting mk677, it put that much water retention in me and i jumped up the weights too quick for squats even though i warmed up i still blew my knee out. Over the last 4 months or so i have rehabilitated myself and since 3 weeks ago i now have zero knee pain and i'm back squatting again. And this time i have better form, i use a wide stance and go as deep as possible plus i use a low bar position, all these things have helped me get a near painless squat each time.
