I love chicken breast and i eat a shitload of it. I used to fry it in butter, though more recently i have started baking it in the oven. What i have noticed is that there is a lot of water sitting in the baking tray after each cooking session, i'm assuming this water should be deducted from the weight of the chicken? I just cooked chicken now and ate 900g chicken breast very very easily, and as you would know 900g breast is a shitload of protein, so now i'm wondering about these deductions which will bring the protein amount down.

Weigh raw. Use raw figure in MyFitnessPal or whatever you use. No deductions. Cooked weight is very inaccurate because the way you cook it can significantly change the cooked weight.

Use My Fitness Pay, its quicker and easier than anything else, and creates a record.

Water is not protein, so makes no difference,

My Fitness Pay, okay I'll look into that Micky! Micky Mouse? No, fair enough. I like quick and easy things cause at times i can be the most laziest fucken kunt you've ever meet, i make a regular lazy person look active.

Water isn't protein is it, that sounds like you know what your talking about Mick.

Sometimes Bazza comes out with information that's accurate and logical. That's why we all luv him.

Okay so i was doing the ol breast with chilli flakes sprinkled on it before poppen it in the oven. Now i still do this, but i pour bbq sauce over the chicken once cooked and then top this off with sour cream on top of the bbq sauce, fucken beautiful, its the combination of ingredients that make it slide down so nicely.
