You are always welcome to come over and do a workout, guarantee you would not last the first three exercises.

the weight on the pullover is irrelevant in terms of the routine I did or doing at the time.

fuck me, the reason I took down my videos was because I realized this is not the place to discuss anything, again, please come over, I won’t laugh, I don’t judge.

But Darkoz he's a homosexual.

Any way, so back OT. So the stretch under load helped my Back, but Car seat annoys it.

Hey Goosey can you pls explain why you don't like Burpees as a form of Cardio.

Ok.
I’m no expert I’m actually mediocre in terms of lifting weights in this ever changing world for me it’s (and everyone) important to stay centered, the way I do that is with basic exercises some play sport and other such hobbies, for me? My philosophy is to do some form of basic exercise so we can enjoy those “activities” it’s taken me 20 years to figure that out.

Burpees are an exercise, possibly good for an overweight sedentary person wanting to improve.

Cardio is an interesting concept, I think you need to do enough cardio to complement ones lifestyle, I think that lifting weights is the key to a healthy life, and It doesn’t need much, especially if your life is active.

by active I mean; physical job
play a sport
washing your own car
doing your own gardening
a late night on the grog
the key is to keep moving, how one keeps doing that is making sure your muscles are in good condition.

long winded response to burpees, but I think or hope you see my reason

Thanks Goosey. So no objection to the movement itself. Thanks.

No, but there are better forms of exercises;

the best forms are are the ones where the resistance is balanced throughout the ROM and that weight can be added to that overtime as opposed to adding repetitive movements only

Some car seats are shit for posture. Racing Seats are good cause they keep you nice and firm and in the right position.

the seating position has changed over the years in the touring cars; more upright and *a lot* closer to the steering wheel, it almost looks nerdy.
