    What's your opinion of Back Extentions (Hyper Extentions) Goo? 'S.D. Ls certainly seem superior. I think having the Achilles etc anchored whilst bending at the Waist may not be the best long term? It's an unnatural movement.

    Genetics is not a predictable thing. A lot depends on the structure of the body
    but all athletes train in different ways and according to different programs
