Fark, the most amateurish propaganda vid I've ever seen. Are the North Koreans so oppressed and lacking an ability for sound judgement that they believe that.

... as opposed to 20 years of John Wayne movies.

Don't underestimate the gullibility of the general public. When a redneck wants to believe something, nothing gets in the way, including facts.

...... "“When we got halfway up the steps we heard this howling, involuntary, inhuman sound. We weren’t really certain what it was. Mrs Warmbier told Fox News on Tuesday that the howling sound so terrible she ran off the plane. “Otto had a shaved head, he had a feeding tube coming out of his nose, he was staring blankly into space, jerking violently,” said Mr Warmbier. “He was blind. He was deaf. As we looked at him and tried to comfort him it looked like someone had taken a pair of pliers and rearranged his bottom teeth.”Warmbier was taken to hospital, but died six days later."

North Korea says it will suspend nuclear and missile tests, shut down test site - The Washington Post

TOKYO — North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has declared that he will suspend nuclear and missile tests starting Saturday and that he will shut down the site where the previous six nuclear tests were conducted.
The surprising announcement comes just six days before Kim is set to meet South Korean President Moon Jae-in, a precursor to a historic summit between Kim and President Trump. The U.S. president is set to meet Kim at the end of May or beginning of June, although a location has not yet been set.
Both Moon and Trump have been saying that North Korea is now willing to*“denuclearize,” a term that*means different things to the two sides.

Australian military aircraft to monitor 'illicit' North Korean ship transfers
Australian and Canadian military aircraft will soon head to a US base in Japan to monitor "illicit" ship-to-ship transfers involving North Korean vessels.
It is understood the United States will play a leading role in coordinating the operations out of its Kadena Air Base.
The UN has accused Pyongyang of trying to get around Security Council sanctions that were imposed against the rogue state for its nuclear and weapons programs.
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said it was vital those UN sanctions were enforced against North Korea.
"We do have a P8-A surveillance aircraft that is going to be working in the region to monitor compliance with sanctions and that is part of our collaboration with our partners in that exercise to enforce those UN sanctions," he said.
"It's very important that that be done."
Multiple non-Japanese militaries rarely operate together from Japan
